Breakout Tracks
While our main sessions are designed to inspire and mobilize, Send Network Gathering breakouts are designed to equip. Led by the leading voices of Send Network, seasoned practitioners with decades of ministry experience, this year’s breakouts have been constructed to embed and engrain the vision, values, culture and initiatives of Send Network in the hearts of leaders and the lives of their churches. Choose the track that best fits your desired area of growth or where you think you’ll find a room full of like-minded leaders you can connect with for synergistic partnerships. There really are no bad options!
Engage the City
Jesus hasn’t sent us to just start church services. He’s sent us to plant churches. In this breakout track, you’ll learn about the first step in a right-side-up, New Testament missiology: engaging the city with the Gospel. This track will cover topics like, but not limited to, networking with lost people, sharing the gospel in a post-Christian culture, engaging the whole city with the whole gospel, and developing an evangelistic culture that flows into discipleship.
Who will love it? New planters, soon-to-be planters, pastors/leaders who want to see their local church more live out its missionary call in its own city and/or multiply their church
Make Disciples
As we engage the city with the gospel, people are going to place their faith in Christ. In this breakout track, you’ll learn how to approach the multiplication of disciples with strategy and intentionality. This track will cover topics like but not limited to, developing missional leaders, defining your disciple-making strategy, equipping your people to live as missionaries, and multiplying your mission force through the women in your church.
Who will love it? New Planters, soon-to-be planters, lead pastors, discipleship pastors, team members
Plant a Church
Send Network is a family of churches planting churches everywhere for everyone. In this breakout track, you’ll learn about multiplication strategies for churches who want to take the next step from multiplying disciples to multiplying churches. This track will cover topics like, but not limited to calling out the called, developing co-vocational leaders, and church planting farm systems and residencies.
Who will love it? Lead pastors, potential planters, pastors/leaders ready to take their next step toward multiplication
Send Network Español
Hispanic and Spanish-speaking communities are growing rapidly in every corner of North America and there’s no sign of slowing down. In this breakout track, you’ll learn about what God is doing and how you and your church can join the movement. This track will cover topics like, but not limited to multiplication in Hispanic and Spanish-speaking contexts, multiplying with a Kingdom mindset and multiplication among 2nd and 3rd generation Hispanic Americans.
Who will love it? Hispanic and Spanish-speaking leaders, anyone who want to join God in reaching Hispanic and Spanish-speaking contexts (there will be English translation)
Deepen Devotion
One of Send Network’s core convictions is that multiplication, like all ministry, flows out of intimacy with God. Our desire is that every Send Network church, no matter the context or methodology, will be known for two things: prayer and the ministry of the Word. In this breakout, you’ll learn how to develop both a worship culture and prayer culture that are rooted in the Word and flow into multiplication.
Who will love it? Lead pastors, worship leaders, new planters, soon-to-be planters, church plant team members
Women Missional Leaders
Send Network churches desire to maximize their impact by mobilizing the whole church to use their gifts to expand God’s Kingdom. In this breakout track, you’ll learn about multiplying and mobilizing female leaders to fulfill the mission. This track will cover topics like, but not limited to, missional living and the unique opportunities women have to live with gospel purpose, everyday discipleship, and women’s ministry leadership.
